I think games with hacking and codling are intersting for some exercise to think in algorithms. Examples are Exapunks, Shenzhen I/O, and Hacknet. Also I like games which do some simulation of economy, infrastructure, and/or supply chains like Industry Giant 2, or Anno-Series etc., Cities in Motion series, Cities Skylines, etc. – even if more or less simplified the basic concepts are quite well illustrated.

Animal Crossing kind of taught me stocks. Those damm turnips are a real hustle. Dont even get me started on the blackmarket. 😂
For me, Forza Horizon 4 with the wheel setup helped me a lot to know the physics of turning a car (very basics) and highspeed break slams and stuff like these.

I would have loved to see KSP(Kerbal Space Program) here! Its a really fun game and its hard and unforgiving especially if you go for big missions! also its one of the best physics simulation game out there!
